The widespread use of mobile technologies provides new, innovative ways to improve healthcare delivery and increase patient satisfaction. The improvement can be realised in many ways; saving time spent on processes and focusing it instead on direct patient care, improving efficiency and reducing costs, and most importantly, giving more control to patients.

Cambridge Digital Health (CDH) can help design, build, and host apps, and when necessary, get regulatory approvals from the appropriate bodies, including the MHRA. In developing apps, we apply our intricate understanding of patient and healthcare staff requirements and industry nuances.

Good Day, Bad Day

The Good Day Bad Day app lets staff give anonymous feedback on aspects of their work that affects their daily morale. The app asks the simple question, ‘how was your day?’ and allows users to give more specific feedback if they wish. The results are provided as a report for the organisation, allowing them to identify issues quickly and implement timely solutions.
